What the pilot includes
- Free setup of your first BOM from your Excel file within one working day: we import it, link the suppliers and prepare the first purchase orders.
- The Factory plan for three months: unlimited active projects and up to 50 team members, with every feature.
- No card needed. When the three months end, your data is kept and the account becomes read-only until you choose a plan.
Between spreadsheets and a full ERP
Many small machine builders run each build on spreadsheets, because a full ERP is built for repeat production and takes a long time to set up. AssembleFlow covers the work in between, for one-off and small-batch machines.
Import the BOM of each machine from Excel or CSV, send quote requests and purchase orders to your suppliers, and record goods received line by line: partial deliveries with the outstanding quantity, shortages, wrong, damaged or rejected parts, and delivery notes and certificates. Stock is shared across all jobs, project cost is tracked against budget, and orders export to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent or CSV.
What we ask in return
Use AssembleFlow on one real project and tell us what is missing or does not fit how your shop works. We are looking for a few US machine builders, and every pilot is approved by hand.
Ask for the pilot
Tell us your name, company, work email, role, company size and what you build, and attach your Excel BOM if you like (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm or .csv, up to 10 MB). I read every request myself and answer within one working day.
